These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the supply of handyman, repair, renovation and related services (“Services”) by LHPRO LIMITED (“we”, “us”) to you. By requesting a quote, booking a Service or making a payment, you agree to these Terms.
1. About us
London Handyman Pro is a trading name of LHPRO LIMITED, a company registered in England & Wales (company number 11069146), registered office 17 Kingsway Mansions, 23a Red Lion Square, London, WC1R 4SE. We provide property maintenance, repair and renovation services across Greater London (within the M25).
2. Quotes and bookings
- Quotes are free and valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
- A quote is an estimate based on the information you provide; any change in scope is agreed with you before we continue.
- A booking is confirmed once we accept your request and any agreed deposit is paid.
3. Pricing and payment
- All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP, £). Each job is quoted individually; the price is confirmed in your quote before work begins.
- We accept bank transfer and card payment. Payment is due on completion unless a deposit is agreed in advance.
- We do not add any surcharge for paying by card.
4. Cancellations and refunds
Your cancellation and refund rights, including the statutory 14-day right for services arranged online, are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
5. Your responsibilities
- Provide safe, reasonable access at the agreed time.
- Give accurate information about the work and any known hazards.
- Obtain any permissions required (landlord, freeholder, building management) before work begins.
6. Our service and workmanship
- We carry out Services with reasonable care and skill, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
- Workmanship guarantee: if our work is defective we will return to put it right at no extra charge.
- The guarantee excludes misuse, normal wear and tear, third-party interference and pre-existing defects.
7. Insurance
We hold public liability insurance; details available on request.
8. Liability
- We do not limit liability where it would be unlawful, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
- Otherwise, our total liability for a booking is limited to the price paid for the Service concerned.
- Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
9. Complaints

10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
