London Handyman Pro charges £80–£100 per hour, £280–£380 for a half day (up to 4 hours) and £500–£650 for a full day (up to 8 hours). Smaller tasks are usually quoted at a fixed price — from around £45 for a shelf or a blind. Emergency same-day call-outs start from £120. Every job begins with a free, no-obligation quote, so you know the price before any work starts.
All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP, £) and cover work across every London borough. For a full breakdown of individual job prices, see our London handyman prices guide.
Our rates at a glance
| Booking type | Price | Best for |

How we quote — three steps
- Tell us what you need. Call, WhatsApp or use the online form. Photos help us price accurately first time.
- Get your free quote. We usually respond within 30 minutes during working hours, with the price itemised so you can see labour and materials separately.
- Book your slot. Accept the quote and we confirm a date. The price is agreed up front — it does not change unless you ask us to do more work.
What the price includes
- Labour by an experienced, fully insured handyman
- All tools and standard consumables
- Materials and parts where needed, itemised in your quote
- A tidy finish — we clean up after every job
- Workmanship guarantee on the work we carry out
What can affect the price
- Time on site — how long the job realistically takes
- Materials — supplied by us and itemised, or bought by you
- Access and parking — upper floors, tight access and central London parking can add to call-out time
- Out-of-hours timing — evenings, Sundays and bank holidays may be quoted at a higher rate
- Job complexity — awkward walls, old fixings and unknowns behind the surface
Out-of-hours and emergency work
We take evening, weekend and bank-holiday bookings. This work may be quoted at a higher rate, and that rate is always confirmed in your quote before you commit — there are no surprise surcharges added afterwards. Emergency same-day call-outs start from £120.
How to pay
We accept bank transfer and card payment. Payment is due on completion of the work, unless a deposit has been agreed in advance for larger jobs or materials. The price you pay is the price on your quote.
Frequently asked questions
How do I get a price for my job?
Send us the details by phone, WhatsApp or the online form and we will send a free, no-obligation quote — usually within 30 minutes during working hours. Photos of the job help us give an accurate price straight away.
Is the quote fixed or just an estimate?
It is a fixed price for the work described in the quote. It only changes if you ask us to take on extra work, and we agree that with you before doing it.
When do I pay, and how?
Payment is due on completion of the work. We accept bank transfer and card payment. On larger jobs, or where we are supplying materials, we may agree a deposit in advance.
Do you charge more for evenings, weekends or bank holidays?
Evening, Sunday and bank-holiday work may be quoted at a higher rate. Any such rate is confirmed in your quote before you book, so you always know the cost up front.
Is it cheaper to book several jobs together?
Yes. A half day (£280–£380) or full day (£500–£650) is usually better value than paying hourly for each separate task, because you avoid a separate call-out for every visit.
Do I pay extra for parking or access?
Upper floors, restricted access and central London parking can add to call-out time, which is reflected in the quote. It is priced in up front rather than added on afterwards.
Is your work insured and guaranteed?
Yes. Every job is carried out by a fully insured handyman and our workmanship is guaranteed. If something is not right, tell us and we will put it right.
Which areas do these prices cover?
All London zones — Central, North, South, East and West — including Holborn, Westminster, Camden, Islington, Kensington, Chelsea, Hackney, Greenwich, Wandsworth and every other borough.
