Our handymen (only as needed for your job), our payment provider, IT/hosting/analytics providers, and our accountant or authorities such as HMRC where required by law. We do not sell your data. Where a provider processes data outside the UK we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.

4. How long we keep it

Enquiry data up to 24 months; booking, payment and accounting records for at least 6 years to meet UK tax and legal requirements, after which we securely delete or anonymise it.
